Shipping & Returns Policy
Order Processing & Shipping
During the holiday season, please allow us up to 10 days to process your order. Expect an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are in transit.
Once your order is prepared for shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please use this tracking number to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery. All packages are insured free of charge. Should your package get lost or stolen, please reach out to support@thehotdoggyclub.com.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer Economy shipping (5 - 8 business days) and Standard shipping (3 - 4 business days) through USPS.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@thehotdoggyclub.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
